Orlando, FL band Fall of Envy is on the rise, having been featured on the CW Network and labeled the official Xtreme Fighting
Championships (XFC) band with their in your face, hard rock style. We caught up with them at The Social in Orlando, FL to hear their
take on the track "Face To My Fist", a song written exclusively for the XFC and one that makes you ready to get in the ring yourself.
Showing their versatility, Fall of Envy gives us a taste of the softer side with "Far From Here", a heart wrenching track you'll hear all
about from Tommy (guitar) in the interview audio. Utilizing their great chemistry, each member contributes to every song, allowing for
quick composition, arrangement, and application of the finishing touches with little disagreement. Audiences can truly hear the
camaraderie this group shares in each track they perform.
With influences like the Deftones, Sevendust and Godsmack their latest LP, Poetic Rage is worth the dough, and the live performance
is a must see.

Fall of Envy, official band of the XFC, Xtreme Fighting Championships, has put forth an effort in their debut LP "Poetic Rage", that's a
can't miss for any true fan of rock music. The lineup of Michael (Vocals), Tommy (Lead Guitar), Greg (Rhythm Guitar), Brent (Bass
Guitar), and Brandt (Drums) have put together an 11 track LP that can only be topped by their amazing live show. The Orlando, FL
quintet has created a sound that appeals to both fans of melodic rock as well as those of shredding guitar riffs. "Poetic Rage" is
appropriately titled, evoking the lyrical and musical mastery of a band dedicated to changing the perception of rock listeners everywhere.
This LP is musically and lyrically sound, all wrapped up in solid production. Fall of Envy should be very proud of their debut LP, one of
the finest first releases one will ever hear.
Smoking Gun
track sample
The guitar echo effects, double kick bass drum, and well rounded vocals set the tone for a heavy yet melodic track
For You
track sample
A heavier track with a lighter chorus that displays only hints of Michael’s full vocal repertoire. A 40 second vocal break in the middle
displays the talents of guitarists Tommy and Greg, as well as bassist Brent.
Poetic Rage
track sample
Title track & rock ballad "Poetic Rage" is clearly the OM favorite. A piano and string introduction eases you into the track before the
heavier guitars kick in. Michael’s vocals truly convey the angst of the melody, while showcasing his complete range. The vocals in this
track are one of the highlights of the entire LP. The guitar solo by lead guitarist Tommy is nothing short of masterful.
Wondering
track sample
A heavier track reminiscent of early Sevendust.
Falling Apart
track sample
This track really showcases bassist Brent’s prowess.
The Inception
track sample
A wonderful piano piece that plays out as sort of an intro to the next track and is further proof that Fall of Envy is a well rounded group
that's not afraid to push the boundaries of rock music.

The mixed martial arts fight influenced lyrics and adrenaline pumping sound lead credence to being the official band of the XFC.
